Our Return Window
We accept eligible return and exchange requests within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible, the product must be unused, unworn and in its original condition, with all original tags, packaging and accessories intact.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return or exchange, please make sure that:
- The product has not been worn, washed, altered or damaged.
- All original tags and packaging are intact.
- The product is returned in the condition in which it was received.
- The return request is submitted within the applicable return period.
- Proof of purchase or the relevant Order ID is available.
Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene, quality and product-specific reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return or exchange.
- Products that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.
- Products returned without original tags or packaging.
- Products showing signs of use, stains, perfume, makeup or other damage.
- Items specifically marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Products returned after the applicable return period.
Sale & Promotional Items
Products purchased during sale or promotional campaigns may have different return or exchange conditions. Please check the product or offer details before placing your order.
How to Request a Return
- Contact our customer support team with your Order ID.
- Tell us the reason for your return or exchange.
- Share photographs or other information if requested by our team.
- Our team will review your request and confirm whether the item is eligible.
- Once approved, you will receive instructions for the return process.
Exchange Policy
Eligible products may be exchanged subject to availability.
If the requested size, colour or product is unavailable, we may offer an alternative resolution depending on the circumstances and availability.
An exchanged product will be shipped after the returned item has been received and approved according to our return conditions.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.
For faster assistance, please share your Order ID along with clear photographs or a video showing the product and its packaging. Our team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.
Return Shipping
Return shipping arrangements and applicable charges may depend on the reason for the return.
If the return is due to a product defect, damage or an incorrect item sent by us, we will review the issue and provide the appropriate resolution.
For customer-initiated returns such as size preference or change of mind, applicable return shipping charges may be deducted from the refundable amount.
Quality Check
All returned products are subject to inspection. A return or exchange will be accepted only when the product meets the applicable eligibility conditions.
If a returned product does not meet the return requirements, we reserve the right to reject the return and send the product back to the customer.
Refund After Return
Once your returned product has been received and successfully inspected, we will confirm the outcome of your return request.
Approved refunds will be processed according to our Refund Policy.

Please do not send any product back without first contacting our customer support team and receiving return instructions. Unauthorised returns may not be accepted.
